What we consider as spam

Spam means unsolicited email. Unsolicited means that the recipient has not given you direct permission to contact them. By communicating to those who have not requested to receive communication from you, you are not following the accepted permission-based guidelines.

Spotzee is strongly opposed to sending unsolicited communication and has zero tolerance to spam. Spotzee actively monitors services and user activity. Any customer found to be in violation of this policy will be suspended immediately without any notification, and won’t be allowed to use Spotzee services. We are okay with data collect from

  • Newsletter subscribe form on your web site.
  • Web forms with opted-in check box.
  • Offline forms with permission granted for communication.
  • Registering an account on your web/mobile application.

We are not okay with

  • Non-opted-in contacts data
  • Any purchased contacts lists
  • Harvested contacts lists
  • Combinations of contacts data (aka directory harvesting)
  • Generated contacts data (aka data appending)

Spotzee reserves all the rights to prohibit the use of the Services by any entity at its sole discretion. Also, Spotzee reserves all the rights to update / change / alter these terms and conditions at any time.
